How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The period of processing and storage of Personal Data is 6 (six) years after the end of the current tax year in which your last activities/end of service lifecycle. This is necessary for bookkeeping purposes, as well as to comply with applicable tax/income laws, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements or other legal obligations under the legislation of the Republic of Poland.
Disclosure, Security And Cross-Border Transfer
We may share your personal data with service providers we need to engage with for service provision. Such service providers may include, among others, bank and financial institutions, telecommunication service providers, data storage providers, IT service providers or software developers, accounting, bookkeeping and audit service providers.

- The right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. If we do engage in the sale of your personal information in the future, it will provide you with notice by updating this Policy and you may opt out of the sale of your personal information.
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising their CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services (including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties), provide you a different level of quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services because you exercise any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise your California data protection rights described above, please send us your request(s) by one of the methods set for in the section “Contact Us”. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request unless we require more time (up to 90 days) and we inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We may not fulfil your request if we cannot verify your identity with a reasonably high degree of certainty.
